To apply for Housing in Residence Life you must have at least submitted an application to the University of Memphis and received your Banner ID. If you have not, then Apply for Admission Now.

Residence Halls: Look over the choices of housing in our Residence Halls. Once you see something you are interested in, then be sure to check out the Fall 2008-2009 Residence Hall Rental Rates. You MUST read and understand the Residence Hall Information Brochure. Your Application agreement is a contract that you will abide by these rules. If you currently have a Spectrum ID then proceed to Spectrum to the Student tab and apply for housing using the Single Sign On connection from our Residence Life Channel. If you do not have your Spectrum ID, but you have applied for admission to the University and have been given your Banner ID, then you can Apply for Housing using our Housing Portal.

Graduate and Student Family Housing: if you are a Graduate Student or perhaps you are seeking family housing, then you should look at our Graduate and Student Family Housing on South Campus. Once you have checked out all of the amenities and eligibility, then you can view the Fall 2008 Graduate and Student Family Housing Rental Rates. You MUST read and understand the Graduate and Student Family Housing Brochure. Your Application agreement is a contract that you will abide by these rules. If you currently have a Spectrum ID then proceed to Spectrum to the Student tab and apply for housing using the Single Sign On connection from our Residence Life Channel.
