Withdrawal Policy
A parent may withdraw his/her child within the first full week of classes with written notification. After the first full week, the parent will be responsible for the full semesters tuition. The University of Memphis Child Development Center reserves the right to withdraw a child for any of the following reasons:- Parental disregard of rules as stated in this handbook.
- The center is unable to meet the child's needs.
- A child is physically or verbally abusive to other children and/or staff.
- Non-payment of fees
- More than 3 consecutive unexplained absences without prior notice.
