The complex has a furnished community center with a fireplace, kitchen, TV, and ice machine. This facility is used by staff for activities and programming. Free laundry facilities can also be found in the community center. Parking is convenient and gated from the rest of campus parking. The entrance to Carpenter Complex is monitored by staff at all times for students' safety and convenience. Students can report any concerns and have convenient access to staff via the gatehouse attendants.
