In addition to the usual amenities, your phone is already connected and equipped with call waiting and three-way calling in each unit as part of The University of Memphis campus phone system.  The cost of the laundry facilities is included in your rental and therefore the machines are on and accessible during office hours for residents. Each unit is provided with cable.   As for internet access, each resident has the option of FREE dial up through The University or Roadrunner through Time Warner for about $50 a month.
