Office and Staff
The Graduate & Student Family Housing office is located directly across from the swimming pool in the center of the community. It is open 8:00am to 10:00pm Monday – Saturday and 10:00am to 10:00pm on Sunday. When the office is closed each night an Apartment Assistant (AA) is on duty. The AA on duty completes a grounds tour each night and responds to incidents, enforces policies and is to be contacted if an emergency arises. In addition to responding to emergencies, AAs assist with community development. Some of the responsibilities of these staff members are as follow:
- Minimum of three programs will be presented per month. The following community wide programs have been presented: Christmas Social, Easter Eggstravaganza, Halloween Carnival, and a Pool Party. Program publicity is usually posted 3-5 days before the program.
- Health & Safety Inspections are completed once a semester, and will be prescheduled with the Assistant Area Coordinator.
While the office is open it is staffed with Desk Assistants (DA) who provides information for residents and their guests.
