Residence Life and Dining Services have professionally trained computer service technicians and supervised graduate/student service technicians.

This service is available only to residents of The University of Memphis. This also covers installation of computer virus protection and cleaning of Internet Virus's/Spyware/Malware from laptops/computers. This service is covered by the contract between the resident and The University of Memphis Residence Life and Dining Services.
